Vacations After Divorce

It's time to be thinking about when and where you will go for vacation this year.  If you are divorced with children, that usually means you will need to consult your child custody plan and your former spouse as part of your summer planning.  Sooner is better than later.  Don't make plans and pay deposits until you are certain.  Early communication and good planning make prevent your vacations from being ruined after divorce.

I need to find an attorney for my family. My husband and I have been arguing over everything. We need to find someone who can work with both of us.

I have had this same problem. I want to go on vacation soon but I want to make sure that I can bring my kids. I talked to my divorce attorney about how things should work out. Because of the level of custody I have, I just need to make sure that my spouse is OK with it. I'm glad that I have a divorce lawyer who can help me with these difficult decisions. http://www.bortslaw.com/family-law/divorce/

The most important thing to remember with divorce is your children. Making an as smooth transition as possible is essential for the kids. I also heard a divorce attorney say that you shouldn't get angry, or escalate your voice in front of your children either. Thanks for your ideas by the way!

It something people who are still happily married don't even have to take into account. I can't believe the amount of paperwork and regulation everything requires now. Getting a good divorce lawyer at the time is essential-- it impacts you for the rest of your life.

My neighbor once got in a bunch of trouble for taking her kids on vacation over the weekend. The kids were supposed to be with their father over the weekend. If she had planned with him, it could all have been avoided. http://backuslawgroup.com/
